I am an enthusiastic self-starter who loves working in a fast-paced, low-ego environment.
I excel at translating business goals into innovative and pleasing design solutions. I have a solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.
I communicate well with team members and articulate my rationale for design decisions.
I can also manage many projects at once and meet deadlines.
I made brochures, postcards, graphs/charts, banners to hang outside building, signs and posters for conventions, logos at times, animations for web and social media, infographics, Constant Contact email newsletters and call to actions. A coloring book and anything else marketing had ideas for.
I keep up with relevant trends in culture, design and technology.
My illustration skills are a nice plus. I coordinate with production managers expectations and design standards.

Book Designer | Interior and Covers
I was responsible for creating the actual layout for the book – this includes everything from choosing typefaces and font sizes to deciding where images should go and how they should be formatted. Weight and color of interior paper and cover paper. I created 3 styles of cover design for presentation.
I always created 1 mockup of the interior layout to show the my vision for the layout of the book’s pages.
We would have meetings with the publishers, editors, and other publishing staff to give feedback on layout and design suggestions then editing text, including correcting spelling and grammatical errors, to create a final, publishable manuscript.
Designing covers using software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Preparing final files for printing by converting files from one format to another if necessary.

A solid understanding of design principles including page layouts, corporate colors, typography, sell sheets, catalogues, posters and all marketing needs. I have the ability to communicate well with team members and print vendors. also the expertise to manage many projects at once and meet deadlines.
Animation, Videos, Email marketing
If you are looking for an animation, videos for multimedia or presentations, with voice over and/or music. Also effective email marketing programs.
Book Cover design and interior pages
A book designer isn’t exactly a graphic designer. Though book designers do use graphic design to build many of the elements within a book. While traditional graphic designers will understand the complexities of typography, and how to pair certain fonts with particular content, they usually do not have experience preparing a manuscript for production, I do! I certainly want the publisher and author to be happy with the design.

I do distinctive designs while always keeping to the organizational standards of the companies I worked with.
In addition, I grow with each project at hand and expand my capabilities to meet project managers’ needs, adapt to the technology, and produce quality work with a keen sense of the expectations of a company or individual client. I am up to speed with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, AfterEffects (simple animations). I also do lively Constant Contact emails, pen and ink drawings and watercolor illustrations.
